Scott F. Waterman graduated from TuftsUniversity in 1991 with a dual major in history and politicalscience. He received his J.D. from Temple University School of Lawin 1994. He is a partner at the law firm of Iannello, Waterman& Muir, LLP and his practice is focused on consumer bankruptcyand commercial collection matters. He is a former Chairperson ofthe Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference andformer State Chair of the National Association of ConsumerBankruptcy Attorneys for Eastern and Middle Pennsylvania. He is thecurrent Chair of the Delaware County Bar Association BankruptcyCommittee. Mr. Waterman is a current Steering Committee Member ofthe Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference and is acurrent board member of the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Projectwhich provides free legal assistance to indigent bankruptcy clientsin Philadelphia. In March, 2014 Mr. Waterman was appointed to be amember of the Local Rules Advisory Committee of the United StatesBankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania inhelping to draft new and updated local bankruptcy rules. Earlierthis year he served on the bankruptcy judge merit selectioncommittee for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania to which he wasappointed by the United States Court of Appeals for the ThirdCircuit.Mr. Waterman is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association,the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference and theNational Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He isadmitted to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts, the UnitedStates Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for theThird Circuit, United States District Court for the EasternDistrict of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of FederalClaims. He is a frequent lecturer at Pennsylvania Bar Instituteseminars.

The music that we play is definitely upbeatandcheerful. We also do the ballads that make the people dance.We keep our audience engaged by being real. Putting on anhonestshow that speaks of good feelings. We look directly at theaudienceand perform to them not at them. By watching the audienceyou cantell if you are doing the right thing.Chatterband has enough musical material to make sure thatthemusic we play remains true to its own sound while we go throughourown antics. I guess the rule to this being, have all the funyouwant while you’re playing, but keep the integrity of the songyouare playing. That is exactly what we do to each genre ofourrepertoire.
